Terms for using CashGoes

1. Eligibility

The current CashGoes app build does not include account creation or sign-in. If account-based features are introduced later, additional terms may apply.

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

• Do not reverse engineer or abuse the service beyond applicable law.

CashGoes provides budgeting, expense tracking, and financial organization tools. CashGoes does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into CashGoes. In the current app build, this information is primarily stored locally on your device for app functionality.

6. Service Availability

CashGoes may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CashGoes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
